Two Day Tournament
Single Elimination Tournament with consolation.
Saturday, September 18: 8am - 6pm
Sunday, September 19: 9am - 5pm
Players will have matches at any time during the two days. Match times will be announced prior to each day of the tournament.
Each Singles draw will have a maximum of 16 players. Each doubles draw will have a maximum of 16 teams.
Players are divided into levels: Open-Very Advanced, A-Advanced, B-High Intermediate, C-Low Intermediate, D-Novice.
These levels correspond to GLTA ratings. Players will have the option to select singles and or doubles. If a doubles partner is not requested, one will be assigned.
Divisions may be adjusted based on registration.
The tournament will be played according to USTA rules, unless superseded by GLTA rules. This includes USTA's 15 minute default time. Warm-up time will be limited to 5 minutes. Main draw matches will be best two of three sets with a 10 point super tie break in place of the third set. Consolation matches will be an 8 game pro set. Consolation final will be the same format as the main draw matches.

All details outlined above are subject to change at the Tournament Leadership's discretion. Captains will be expected to be the main communication channel for their players. All questions and issues should be brought to the Sports Directors to be resolved. Player conduct and game integrity is core to providing a positive experience for all. Tournament Leadership will have the express right to remove or ban a player without refund for violations of our player conduct policy.
