Format: Classic Tournament
Two Day Tournament
Saturday, September 18: Round Robin Tournament. Cities will be divided evenly into pods and will play each team in their pod.
Sunday, September 19: Double Elimination Tournament. Teams will be sorted into either the James River Bracker (upper ⅔ of standings) or the Belle Isle Bracket (lower ⅓ of standings) based on results from Day 1.
Teams + Players
Each team must have at least two women on the court at the start of each individual game.
- Team sizes are between 8-12 players. Team status is achieved when 8 players have paid and registered, including 2 women. Captains of teams with 8 or fewer players will have the option to receive free agents in order to fill teams.
A team is only considered a team when 8 players have registered and paid. Roster substitutions will only be allowed until Wednesday, August 4th. After August 4th, no players can be added, changed, OR refunded unless cleared by the Tournament Chair and t-shirt sizes are not guaranteed.

All details outlined above are subject to change at the Tournament Leadership's discretion. Captains will be expected to be the main communication channel for their players. All questions and issues should be brought to the Sports Directors to be resolved. Player conduct and game integrity is core to providing a positive experience for all. Tournament Leadership will have the express right to remove or ban a player without refund for violations of our player conduct policy.
