Players + Teams
Teams will be made up of 8-12 Players. Team status is achieved when 8 players have paid and registered.
Teams will be allowed to select their team's t-shirt color in the order in which their team achieved team status as outlined above.
This year players will not have the ability to play more than one sport. Due to anticipated registration numbers and scheduling conflicts, the ability to fully participate in more than one sport will not be possible.
One big change to the Tournament this year is the city allotment process. Rather than guarantee cities only a certain number of teams for each sport, we are opening registration up to everyone all at once - THERE ARE NO SPORTS CAPS. Put simply, every team that wants to play in Cleveland in any sport this summer can.
The Stonewall Sports Tournament is designed to provide a safe space for the LGBTQ+ community and allies to play sports in a fun, diverse, and inclusive environment. While we make no requirement that a certain number of players or percentage of teams identify as LGBTQ+, we ask that teams respect and celebrate the Tournament's intent.

All sport registration is open from 12:00PM on March 25, 2020 - 11:59PM on May 13, 2020
$45 per player (plus processing fees)
Includes t-shirt/uniform (must be worn Saturday; Sunday teams may wear their own), water, awards, food and drink specials, and an all-access pass to weekend social events!
All details outlined above are subject to change at the Tournament Chairs’ discretion. Captains will be expected to be the main communication channel for their players. All questions and issues should be brought to the Sports Directors to be resolved. Player conduct and game integrity is core to providing a positive experience for all. Tournament Leadership will have the express right to remove or ban a player without refund for violations of our player conduct policy.
